Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is the “ray of light” that opens the door to a method of natural healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy. It is an ancient teaching that reaches back to the days of Sanskirt, and was brought forward as a formal healing method by Dr. Usui, a theologian from Japan in the early 1900’s.

REIKI promotes physical, mental, and emotional balance enhancing the person’s own innate intelligence to heal and helps them to “flow through their life” with more grace and ease. Reiki manifests in increase relaxation and energy, reduction of pain, less anxiety, and promotes tissue repair.

Reiki is gaining popularity in other western medicine programs. It is emerging as an adjunct healing method in palliative care programs around the country. It is quickly becoming more widely recognized as appropriate for patients in any state of health. Anyone at any age can learn, give, and receive Reiki. It is easily practiced in all environments.

There are three degrees of Reiki which are taught in successive levels.

REIKI I – Learn the history and healing energy of Reiki. This level works with the physical body and self-healing.

REIKI II – Deepen your Reiki knowledge and energy flow with the use of 3 Sacred Reiki Symbols,  which are the essence & formula of Reiki. Learn to perform long distance & absentee healings. This level focuses on the emotional and mental aspects of healing.

REIKI III – This is an in depth class touching the SOUL level. You will learn 2 additional Sacred Symbols used in healing and in passing the Reiki energy on to others. This is the MASTER LEVEL. You become THE TEACHER.
